Problem solving

I think that when there is a problem, you should clarify and solve it instead of just ignoring it (Some people may say that they are just “letting the matter rest”). I do not believe that the problem will just go away and instead, I feel that the people are just running away from the problem. If you do not make the effort to understand the problem and solve it, there are high chances for it to reoccur.

Agreed with the approach. However, practically, people would run away from problems because they know that a lot of effort/time is required to look into problem, let alone solving them. Thus, when one is not prepared to put in this effort/time, the other option is to put it aside for a while and hope for the best. Usually, the problem will go away, but it also comes back later usually in different forms and shapes when conditions could be worse than before. As such, the wiser option is to solve the problem as it comes. But one must first be resolved to overcome the problem.
